The delivery was late due to a breakdown of PK Line truck, one of the supposedly reliable carriers they use; first they told me delay was due to waiting for part before they continued on. Later the story changed when my husband said "you mean to tell me you had no other trucks you could bring in?".....they then said they did bring in a new truck...so who knows what really happened. When the driver finally arrived, he ignored my instructions and could not speak English or understand directions; he attempted to unload at night during rush hour on a dangerous curve, and when I instructed him to go to another place to unload, he went off in the opposite direction from where I instructed him. I was supposed to start a new job in a different state and lost a whole week's pay due to having to postpone start date because of late car delivery. AAA Discount's attitude was "sorry, but these things happen." I had expected delivery (and was advised) that it usually takes from 6-10 days (although, admittedly, the contract does not provide any guarantees). It took close to three weeks! Happily, nothing seems to have been damaged, but not a happy camper.
