I was referred to Discount Auto and Truck Transporters by a friend who recently had her car shipped, and I am glad I went with this company! I called Steve on a weekend, and he was able to explain the entire shipping process to me (which is a confusing process, but Steve made it clear). He answered my questions and immediately forwarded me the order forms that afternoon.
I submitted my order forms the next day and by the next morning, Steve had already found a truck willing to transport my car at the end of the week (which is when I told him my Honda Civic would be available for pickup). The truck driver was very helpful and nice, and showed up on-time to inspect the car and load it onto the truck.
One week later, I received a phone call the day before my car was to be delivered. The driver delivered the car exactly when the company said he would and the car was in the same condition as when I shipped it! There was some dust and dirt that collected en route, but nothing major, and the dust was to be expected anyway for a cross-country trip!
