Empty Promises, Awful Service

This was the worst and most stressful experience I've ever had with a company. DO NOT use them!! I was never called to let me know my car was NOT going to be shipped, they never returned calls, make promises for things they cannot do and are very unprofessional.

Their quote was the lowest of the companies I recieved. It was for 849, but I was able to talk them down to $800. The salesman promised that I could have my car picked up the same day I was leaving at the airport. I booked my oneway the red-eye flight out of SFO because of this. Days before I was to have my car shipped and I could not get Antonio on the phone or get him to return any of my emails. I was finally able to get ahold of him THE DAY BEFORE my car was to ship after repeatedly calling the office and asking a co-worker to have him call me. When I finally did get ahold of him he said he was having trouble getting it on a truck, and wasn't going to tell me. He said he would try to increase the price to the drivers as incentive to get my car on a truck and that he would call me the next day (the day it was suppose to ship). When I called the next day (he didn't call me), he said he needed to make some calls and that he'd call me back in a half hour. An hour later, he still hadn't called. When I called back I got someone else who said he was "out of the office", when I explained my situation and why I HAD to get my car shipped today he said there was nothing he could do. I asked for Antonio's manager, and it was the man I was speaking to. He gave a half-assed appology for the "inconvenience" but made no effort to correct the situation and told me to find another shipper. The shipper I did book with told me in the first call that airports don't let you load cars there... something Direct Transport Services either didn't know or didn't care to mention.

Save yourself a lot of aggrivation and don't use them.
