I have used Direct for 5 years now and I have never once had a problem. They work hard to keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle, and I trust that it's is in good hands each time. There was one occasion where the delivery was delayed because of weather and they went out of their way to drive it a few hundred miles just to get it to me without any inconvenience on my part. I highly recommend them!
