They got the car there, but we’re a day late. Not a huge issue except we never got a call to say the driver wasn’t showing. When I attempted to call and text Mark Richards he was completely unresponsive. If he had some sort of emergency that prevented him from answering us I apologize. If not he completely ruined what would have been an otherwise good experience. I understand things go wrong, but you have to communicate the issues.
