This was the worse experience for a car transport. The two individuals we spoke with are Becky & Maria. We schedule our pick-up on May 9, 2019 for a pick up on the June 17, 2019. On June 12, 2019 we reached out the company via email (Maria) and asked for a status on the pickup because at that point we had heard NOTHING for a pickup time. On the June 13, 2019 we received a email stating the pickup was schedule for the June 22, 2019. We called immediately and spoke with Becky and stated we are leaving early on the June 20, 2019 and no one would be at the home for pick-up. She stated we will call the driver (Alejandro) and have the driver call us. This was the same response for the numerous calls we made on the 14, 15, 16, and 17 June. Becky, Maria or the drivers never returned phonecalls. We always had to called them. On the June 17 spoke with Maria and she stated that car would be pick up tomorrow (June 18, 2019). well that never happen. Called again and spoke to Maria (again) because (Becky would not return are phonecalls) and stated the vehicle would be June 19, 2019 by Alex. Well this time it happen, but it gets better. Alex shows up on the June 19, 2019 at 3:00pm and tells us that he's driving the car to a location in West Springfield, MA. for transport. (WOW). I told Alex I was NOT happy about that. More around the lines of pissed off. Alex told me that the driver would contact my Uncle in Jacksonville, Fl on Sunday for a drop of time for Monday or Tuesday. Well that never happened. Monday, (June 24, 2019) Received a text from Maria stating the car would be delivered on Wednesday (June 26, 2019) early evening. Well that never happened. Called 26 and 27 with no response. The Car was finally delivered on June 28, 2019 12:42pm. With 90+ additional mile on it.
