The initial contract creation was easy via the web. What it did not tell me was that when you create an order on the web and pay the initial down payment, that you were going on a "stand-by" transport program. Once I contacted them on the phone they explained that in order to get a reserved slot I needed to pay an additional $100.00 which I did. Once this was done I got a slot on the truck and the drive was most friendly and cooperative when picking up the car and delivery was without issue. I would recommend this company. Please be aware of the stand-by vs. reserved slot contract.
