Really wish I'd looked at their 2-star Yelp rating before I hired. They took my reservation, then couldn't be contacted for so long that I thought they were a scam. When I got in touch after the vehicle wasn't shipped, Mark Richards said he was "trying to work something out." I gave him a few hours, then booked another transport. Called Mark to cancel and he made a half dozen gunshot noises like the guy from Police Academy, then hung up and billed my credit card $150. Lesson learned.
