I was very clear when I contracted with this company I wanted my vehicle delivered Feb. 4th. The week before, I discovered they had the wrong city for pickup, even though the contract was correct. I was told it would cost me an additional $250 as I was out of their distribution zone and would be delivered Feb. 6th. My vehicle was picked up Feb. 2nd.On February 4th, I received an email with the Carrier and contact information. On February 7th, I called for an approximate delivery date as I hadn’t heard anything. They had done nothing with the vehicle as they were waiting for a signed contract. I called Marc immediately who claimed I must have called a wrong number. He called me later with the information that the vehicle would be delivered on February 12th. On February 14th, I called Paper Impex USA Inc (the carrier) and was told it left New Jersey the day before with an estimated delivery of Saturday or Sunday. The vehicle did in fact arrive late Saturday night, with no gas (it had a 1/2 tank), and an additional 115 miles on the odometer. I emailed Direct Connect with my complaints regarding their service and have heard nothing. Their customer service is non-existent. I feel I was misled if not outright lied to.
