I paid for priority shipping. I thought that meant you pick up the car the day i asked. It actually means up to 72 hours after the requested day. My car was picked up a week after my requested day and the driver wanted more money than Direct Connect was charging. I had to wait an extra week AND pay an extra $200.
I knew where my car was at all times and whenever I had a question, Kristen quickly responded. However, I feel direct connect should have paid the extra $200 (or at least part) especially since my “priority shipping” agreement was never met.
