I signed a contract with an agreed price a month prior to scheduled pick up and provided credit card for payment. As the date approached I rang and emailed persisitently to get carrier information and was told it would be supplied the day before. The day before pick up I emailed and rang the office almost every hour and no-one would return my call. We assumed the vehicle was not going to be transported. Then on the day of scheduled pick up I was rung and told if I wanted my vehicle picked up I would have to pay an additional 30% or they wouldnt pick up the vehicle, despite my signed contract. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT
