Working with Mr. Carlos R. was VERY smooth. I first requested the quote for my sister-in-law who just lost her daughter (my niece) and I handled the quote request, scheduling, and payment of her daughter's vehicle for her. Mr. Carlos R. was amazing, very kind, very friendly and kept in constant communication with me from the very beginning to the moment that the vehicle was delivered. The car was picked up at the time we were told and with no problems and it was delivered on the day that it was promised. John, the driver that picked up the vehicle was very nice and kind. Our experience was wonderful and it we had to do it all over again, I would contact them with no hesitation at all. Great company to work with and excellent customer service. Thank you!
