Marlo was very helpful. I appreciated being able to pay for transport up front since my daughter was moving to Calif and I did not want to have to give her cash to give the driver (this is what most other companies required). Only hiccup was at delivery when driver gave us 1 hr notice and did not want to wait for us to get to deliv location. Marlo was a complete professional and made the driver wait. All of this could have been avoided if driver had called the nite before like dispatch said he would. He would have been given another address to deliver to. On day of delivery, when he finally called, he did not want to go to new address. So he ended up having to wait until 5pm which is when my daughter could meet him.
