I contracted another company for transfer my car from KY to CA. My airticket is May 7. It was May 4, they still did not schedule to pick up. I was so anxious. I called Directconnectauto. Ms. Cheyenne Chaw, the best customer service person I have never met got the call, and she tried very hard to find a driver to pick up my car next day. She is so responsibility and so nice, even return my several call message on her off duty time. I am so appreciated for her service. Thank you Cheyenne! Next day morning she called me again to make sure the driver was going coming.So, I give your company 5 stars, and Ms Chaw 6 stars. By the way, the driver is also very good. He picked up on time, delivery on time, only 4-5days from KY to CA..
