Recently I had my daughter's car shipped from Seattle, WA to Orlando FL. I was skeptical about paying all of the money up front, especially having never done business with this transport company. Her car is very important to her. She moved to Orlando with her newborn and could not do without the car. I contacted Billy Shaw about my apprehension. He assured me that my pick-up and delivery would be as promised. I then received a call from the owner (John Costelac) and he was very understanding of my concerns and assured me that the auto would be properly taken care of. The car arrived in great condition actually ahead of schedule, and was delivered to our Orlando address. Because of driving through adverse weather on the way, the car was dirty. Understandable, no problem. We quickly cleaned it up and it was fine. The delivery driver was very polite and unloaded it off of the truck efficiently and parked it for us. We will highly recommend Direct Connect Auto Transport to our friends, and will most likely use them again on future shipments. Thank you John and Billy!
