Its a nightmare experience

I had to move urgently from Boston to Redmond and after going through several companies picked this company just because they confirmed they can pick up on a exact day. I had to vacate the house and leave over the weekend and they said they could pick up on Saturday. Nobody showed up on Saturday and after several attempts to reach them finally got hold of customer service who said driver will pick up on Monday/Tuesday. The vehicle delivery was again delayed they said they could deliver in 7-10 days and it took them 12 days to deliver and again no update on actual delivery.

The real nightmare started after the vehicle was delivered. My EZPass was stolen from the car and my credit card started getting charged for replenish the toll transactions. First few days i was under the impression it might have got charged because i left it in the car but when i checked actual dates the transaction started after my vehicle delivery. It's on the same route troller came from Boston to Redmond. It looks like they started using it on their way back. I had about $170 in toll charges and it continued until I called up and cancelled transponder.
