I got the run-around from several brokers for about a week before happening onto Direct Connect Auto Transport. Kimberly was able to explain how the brokers worked and were limited to putting bids out onto the national board, while her company was a transportation company. She also explained why my bid was not being picked up, and how the location, size, and condition of my car were going to affect the cost of shipping.
I cancelled my bids through the brokers and Kimberly had me set up within the hour. The driver picked up the car the very next day and delivered it six days later. The response, communication, and professionalism of the company is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking to transport a car across country.
