My Daughter was starting a new job, requiring a move from Massachusetts to the San Francisco Bay area and she didn't have the time to drive her car across country. He did an excellent job of describing the details of auto shipping and painted a clear peicture of what should be expected of any shipper; which went a long way toward alleviating our anxieties.
