Unable to Fullfill Agreement

I signed the shipping order form on 1/21/2013; Mr. Grosso told me that it would take 3-7 days for the vehicle to be picked up. As of 2/4/2013, fifteen days later, he still cannot find a driver, claiming that the pick-up location is in a national forest, too far from the highway, and that carriers cannot get to it.

The location is, in fact, at a car dealership 10 miles from a major highway, not in the national forest, with a very good 4-lane road in between. This dealership regularly receives and ships vehicles with no problems, so I am not sure why Direct Connect cannot seem to get a carrier there.

I cancelled the transaction, and made arrangments to fly someone there to drive it back, which cost less than the transport fee.
