We were apprehensive about sending our SUV cross-country on a short time table. Our customer service rep (Kim) was pretty amazing- easy to reach at all times with questions and concerns. She made the experience really comfortable. The car arrived on time, even early and in the same shape that it left! Would definitely use these guys again.
