I was lucky enough to find this transport company after being lied to and mishandled from another company. Initially, I booked my transport with another company a month and ahead in advance and when the time came the price to ship my car was $200 more than the original quote. When I told them I could not afford it they cancelled my shipment and I was left to search for another company that would ship my car in 4 days.
Luckily, I found Direct Connect Auto and their representative JR. JR worked with me from day one trying to find a driver that was in my budget. JR stayed in constant contact with me and told me of any progress that was made with my shipment. JR did find a driver for my car within the time frame I gave him which was only 4 days and for the price I could afford,which happened to be in the lower range than most cars being shipped of the same size. JR was so nice and I felt I could have called him anytime if I had any questions on the progress of my car shipment. I trust JR and this company! I will use this company in the future for all my auto shipment needs!
