Office staff was good, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication with the dispatch person. He never called to tell me time of pick up or when there was a delay. However, the office staff tried to keep me posted on the timing, and were very helpful when I had a problem with my windows. The driver was courteous and accommodating, and the car arrived in the same conditoin as when it left.
