Everyone I worked with was incredibly courteous. The staff was professional and the car was delivered in perfect shape. I was impressed that the car arrived so soon, as I was expecting it to be here in 10-14 days and it showed up in 7! We worked with an affiliate company that held the car (for a flat fee, no escalating charge) and went the extra mile to get us our car when we needed it. One of their employees delivered the car to us a 9pm. We had a small miscommunication about payment, but, again, Direct Connect was amazing with their efforts to assist me. One of their representatives called me at 10pm, from their home, to try to help me with my payment issue. Overall, I would highly recommend Direct Connect to anyone thinking about shipping their vehicle
