I had no idea what I was doing but I wanted to surprise my soldier with his 52 IH waiting in the garage when he got home from his tour overseas. Bill Harmon walked me through the whole process and answered in detail all of my questions. I felt they were more concerned with taking care of the customer than the money aspect.. The driver went above and beyond expectations, hauling and maneuvering the inoperable truck and ever came several hours earlier than expected! Direct Connect (and Big Fish transport) will be the only auto transport company I use !
