Poor customer service

It has been 14 days since my vehicle has been available to pick up. No response yet. They claimed it would be in 5-8 days. When I call, usually it is a 15 min hold and poor customer sx, they don't give any info and most of the time after 15 min wait, it asks to leave message to call back, but they have never called back after leaving several messages. I don't how much longer it's going to take for the pick up and how much longer for the delivery. While you spend the extra on your rental car, I could have gone with a different company. If I don't here back from them by tomorrow, I plan to cancel the order.
