My only two disappointing experiences with Direct Auto Transport were pick up time and price increase. First of all, they did not meet my target pick up date eventhough I gave them two weeks notice. I had to contact them daily until a definite pick up date was arranged. Secondly, why advertise an Economy Price when you cannot commit to that price? Don,t low ball or promise your customers this price only to charge more later. If you cannot commit on an economy price, don't advertise it or just tell the customer, I can't agree to that price. Thirdly I was very happy with the delivery of the car. The car arrived intact and nothing was missing or damaged. The driver was very nice. I would recommend this driver to anyone.
