I signed an agreement for express shipping. It took a month from the day they took my deposit to get my truck delivered and of course I had to give them more money to move things along. I have had a lot of cars moved and usually use an enclosed carrier but this time I didn't need it so I tried this company. BIG MISTAKE would not use or recommend to anyone. No one contacted me ahead of time so the carrier gets to me after the banks close so I can't get a cashiers check so they are going to take my truck to thier terminal 130 miles away and I will have to pick it up there fortuneately the driver took cash instead.

We booked Boone on 6/28 and dispatched to a carrier that met all of our specs on 7/13. What Boone didn't mention is that the vehicle is a 1948 CK1500 PU truck, a big truck. In addition his destination was Oak Harbor WA (Google map it 98277) on a finger island a stones throw away from Canada on a rural road. We sent the carrier info to him on the dispatch date , including the drivers cell # and called him. The expedited shipping was done for the pricing not time, as this is what the transport needed to move this type of vehicle to this location. The driver asked for additional funds and Boone agreed. Not sure where this went south in Boones mind. I think we did a good job all factors considered.
