I've used other transport companies before and I always had problems with being kept up to date with the status of my vehicle. Not true with Direct Auto. My vehicle was picked up right when they said and I was being told everything that was going on during the move. There was a small problem that caused a delay in the move, but fortunately it didn't effect the timing of delivering my vehicle. I got my baby back with no scratches, thank god. I will never use another company again.
