I had the best experience from start to finish. I cannot tell in words how happy I was with Bryan at Direct Auto Movers !!! Monday night I set out to find a NEW carrier due to issues from another company that I let go. His quote was not the lowest,but in this business you can't expect miracles out of the lowest bid, As I "already" found this out with the first Company I hired. Bryan was the first person to actually call me and we talked on Tuesday morning and I told him I needed my car picked up yesterday. "in other words I need it NOW" I had already waited for the car to be picked up from the first company. He said he would call me back in 1 hour and he did as he said. He called me back and said my car was being picked up that day and would be delivered to my house the next evening. I was called by Keith to let me know he had my car at 6:00pm that night and would be here with it sometime in the evening the next day. Keith called me Wednesday morning and told me his GPA was around 2:30 this afternoon instead of this evening. At 2:30 on the nose he was sitting in front of my house "him and Daffy" and they were both so efficient in getting my car off of that carrier. They had to take 2 off and then my 76 Classic VW Beetle, but they did this so quick and in no time he was driving my car off the transport rig and putting it in my carport. This I tell you is SERVICE. My car was delivered in 20 hours and 30 minutes. Where as i NEVER heard 1 word from the first company that i hired. If you want someone you can "really" depend on. Call Bryan at Direct Auto Movers. I got my baby back and in perfect condition.
