poor customer service

Overall dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I received. The transaction started great, they said they were able to pick up my vehicle on Saturday. Saturday came and went with no contact from anyone, not even a call from the driver. Being the weekend I couldn't reach anyone to find out what was going on so I left a voice message with customer service and e-mailed James. James responded right away and said it's probably a delay but can't do anything till Monday. Monday morning arrived and I had to call James to find out what was going on, they did not call me. After speaking to 3 people and having to call back yet again, I was finally put in touch with the driver. I understand that delays happen for various reasons, but it was very poorly communicated and coordinated by the team at Direct.
