James was helpful from start to finish. I was worried because of the bad reviews on here. I decided kind of late but they still got my car on time. He always kept in touch. Calling when they were going to pick up and calling to make sure we were there and were ready. Also could not have been happier with Bobby the driver. He texted and called several times along the way. I wasn't going to be on Florida when the car got there so I wasn't in a rush. But he was there on 5 days like he said. I would highly recommend using their service again.
