Since this was my first time transporting a vehicle, I was very skeptical of the entire industry. Upon requesting a quote on the internet, I was bombarded with emails and telephone calls. After talking to different representatives and trying to understand the reviews and websites, I went with my gut and picked James with Direct Auto Carrier. I was still not comfortable with my decision. To my relief and surprise, everything went very well. James told me what would happen and it happened exactly as he explained. The driver communicated well and my son's truck made it to Tucson on time with no issues. I would use James and Direct Auto Carrier again.
