A very stressful and disappointed experience for me. Contract signed on 1/2/13. Pick up date set on 1/25/13. The company moved my pick up time frame from 10am to 12pm then to 5pm - 6pm after driver did not show up. Driver was still "no show, no call" for the second pick up time and the company was non responsive to my calls. I flew from Seattle to FL for my car and had to leave the next day. The company know the pick up date is important to me and said "no problem" but failed to do so with NO explanation, advance notice or customer support. Car was not picked up until 7 days later and they do not care if you need to pay for extra storage time. Don't believe what they said on their website. There is no customer support or online tracking system for the customer. The driver was rude and will not work with your time available - it's "my way or the high way". Be prepared to spend extra money or put up with their attitude if you choose them. And be sure to have someone there to help you in both locations in case you can't work with their pickup or delivery time frame.

Review Update: I filed complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau) and wrote review on their services online. I received a call from Gerald requested me to take my review down and I refused. Then the manager called me and requested the same. He asked why I did not ask to speak to the manager and I said I did, both via email and in person on the phone with the dispatcher. I was told that the manager would call me back but he never did. Then he offered to refund my deposit paid via credit card. He said that is the most he can do because the rest of the money was paid directly to the auto carrier company (the one who actually delivered the car). He explained the complication that occurs during pick up (e.g. dealership lost car key, etc.) which helps to understand what is like to be in their shoes. But they need to work on their communication because that was what upset me the most.

I was not completely happy with the solution because I had spent more money (to make arrangement on car storage and people who helped out ) than they refunded me. But I wanted to update my review so that you know, in case of bad services, fight back.
