Joel provided excellent customer service, I had put a deposit with a different company Elite Auto and couldn't get ahold of the guy after the deposit was made and after many attempts I finally got ahold of the guy he said he would give me a full refund if he couldn't find a driver within 30 minutes. .In the meantime I called Diesel Auto Transport and spoke to Joel. He found me a driver as quickly as possible and my vehicle was safely transported sooner than the expected timeframe. I would definitely use Diesel Auto Transport again. Thank you Joel for getting me out of an unfortunate situation in a timely. I would give 10 stars if I could... FYI I only received half my deposit back.
