Randy was informative on the initial contact. Then Never responded to me by phone or email. I reached out to the company phone number and no one ever answered the call. After realizing they were not going to communicate with me and the pick up date came and went I used another company. By chance another person , Kevin , from Diamond call me to see if I still needed my car transported, the car was already in Florida. In the strongest terms I told him the story . He apologized and said he would request a credit for the deposit. I waiting 10 days but the deposit to my credit card did not happen. What a bad way to do business.
