Vehicle was 4 days late being picked up due to no driver available. The open carrier broke down with our vehichle and had to transfer our vehicle to another carrier. Then had late arrival. Vehicle was Delivered at two o'clock am with a blown tire. Tire was torn removing truck from open carrier. Driver very honest and sorry. He notified us immediately and paid for a new tire. Overall stressful experience but the Truck was without a scratch and eventually made it. This was our second shippment. We had absolutely no problem with the first time and the car was picked up and delivered in less than 7 days.
