everything went acording to plan and vehicle pickup was sooner than expected and delivery was on time-no waiting around or guesswork. everything went smoothly. onlyvery minor concern was a $10 processing fee that was added to the bill which wasn't actually explained or communicated on with the quote, I didn't ask since it was only $10
