To my understanding my credit card was suppose to be charged for all the payments. But when the car arrived they wanted cash upfront. I have talked to customer service on the phone concerning my total and the payment and everything a week before the car arrived but because the "cash upfront" was listed under the term and conditions they felt they didn't have to tell me. I feel very cheated because even if it was under terms and conditions I felt they couldn't still told me that on the phone if I'm already calling concerning my payment and total, might as well tell me the rest of the deal.

We are not quite sure how this misunderstanding came about but we are very sorry for the inconvenience of our customer. We send out multiple emails with up to date information and each customer receives at least 2 emails after we have secured a driver saying the balance is due C.O.D. (cash or cashier's check on delivery.) The dispatch email specifically says "Your balance due of $(trucker fee) is payable to the trucking company listed above in cash or cashier's check." Our Terms & Conditions also clearly state that we charge the $135 deposit to a credit card when we secure a driver and the remaining balance is due C.O.D. to the truck driver. We can arrange to pay the driver for the customer, if they choose, but there is an additional 4% accounting fee charged. Please feel free to give us a holler, if you have any questions regarding this or any other transports. Thanks!!!
