Dependable Auto Movers was recommended to me by a moving company and after speaking to Kim the first time I knew why. She was absolutely the most sincere person I had spoken to regarding shipping my truck and extremely confident and knowledgable. I knew right away this was the company to go with and every conversation or email interaction I had with this company throughout the shipping process was just as positive. Every time I called or emailed with a question I got an immediate response, they even called the driver while I held on the phone to get an ETA. The driver then called me and kept in touch until delivery, he was just as amazing as the crew at Dependable. My truck arrived in perfect condition, and frankly I was not surprised, I never doubted it would. Anyone who deals with this company should feel confident they picked the best, you'll know this as soon as you call and speak them. Thanks again Kim, Sarah, the rest of the crew, and of course David who brought my truck across the country and literally handed it off to me with a smile...truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!
