Our car was picked up 5 days after scheduling. We arranged the scheduling over the internet, and only gave them a few days before the first pick up day. The driver' communication was good. He called the day before and called an hour before picking up the car. After picking up the car, he had trouble with his rig, and called to let us know what was going on. The car was delivered in a longer time than expected, but was not a problem for us as we had planned ahead, allowing plenty of time for the transport. The car arrived in good condition, with no damage. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and the price, especially as the cost of diesel fuel was increasing every day! I would use this company again if we ever need to transport a car.
