I was very pleased with my recent experience and transport of two vehicles by Dependable Auto Movers. I was initially pleased with the company when asking for a quote on the transporting of my two vehicles. All auto transport sites I looked in to have space to only quote one vehicle. Having two, one a classic truck with modifications, I had to add this to the comment section of the quote request. Dependable Auto Movers was the only company that wrote me back with a quote for BOTH vehicles. That meant they actually took the time and cared to read my whole quote and not send out a generic email. This alone made me look in to them further as it made me feel that they would then in turn care about me as a customer as well as care about my vehicles.

Kim at Dependable Auto Movers was very easy to work with and took my time urgency request seriously. I had two weeks to quit a job, pack my house, move my furniture and get my vehicles picked up. I had specific requests which needed to be met if at all possible and Kim did a wonderful job helping me with my requests all the while keeping me posted via phone along the way. She was knowledgable and helped me work through all the scenarios of getting my vehicles picked up while still needing them up until the very last day while I was working. Kim took one less worry off my plate during those two weeks and I couldn't be more appreciative. I seriously never gave it another thought as I was confident in her ability to help me out and she was successful.

The driver called me a few days ahead of time and we worked out a location for pickup which can be hard around the Northern VA/DC area. He was on time with picking up the vehicles and was very friendly in answering all of my questions. The classic vehicle has some quirks in the starting and driving of and the driver was attentive as I showed him the directions I had created for him on driving the truck. He never called with problems so I guess we were both successful.

The vehicles arrived very shortly after pickup and again the driver was on time with his estimate of delivery, called in advance so we could be ready to meet him and the vehicles arrived without problem.

As stated in this long review, I was very pleased with all involved with the transport of my vehicles. It was a smooth process and I would definitely use them again. I would also, and have already, recommend Dependable Auto Movers to anyone who may be needing to transport a vehicle.
