Everything was excellent except that Dependable Auto told me I can pay by cash or cashier's check, it was wrong... The driver "M.A Watts Denver" told me that they don't take cashier's check. I had to argue with them because I already got cashier's check but they are not taking it... and the traveling was coming, I had no time to go back to bank. They finally accepted to take cashier's check in the end but it was an another hassle and unpleasant experience that I didn't need to go through in such a stressful time; MOVING.

It seemed like a bit to me that after Dependable Auto gets processing fee and deposit, pretty much they really don't care the rest. Dependable Auto needs to communicate with local drivers/companies good before they hire to make sure EVERYTHING is right and okay so the customers feel more comfortable and confident to move the car.

Anyways, the car arrived safe, I'd hire this company again if the opportunity comes. I recommend Dependable Auto!

We do realize that moving is a stressful time, and we are sorry for the inconvenience to our customer. We do tell all of our customers that the remaining balance can be paid to the driver in cash or cashier's check on delivery. We also explain that the deposit is our brokerage fee and the remaining amount is the driver's money for transporting the vehicle. If the driver only accepts cash, they usually let us know and we inform the customer before the vehicle arrives. We were not made aware of this situation until it was too late for the customer to go back to the bank. I do not understand the customer feeling that we do not care. We are here to help with all aspects of the transport & at any time. If we are made aware of a situation, we try to resolve it immediately.
