I just had my mom's (mine now) 1990 Mazda Miata shipped from Paradise Valley Arizona to Naples Florida. After doing my research and checks on the multiple shipping options, I went with Dependable Auto Movers. Although they were not the lowest price, they also were not the highest. I read the the reveiws of other customers that had shipped their vehicles on the similar route that mine needed to go. I contacted Kim at Dependable, she walked me thru everything I needed to do to start the process, and I filled out all the other necessary information. Since I started this process on a Friday, I put the following Monday as the first possible pickup date, simply not even thinking they could get to it that fast. My mom was contacted on Sunday, and the car was picked up on Monday...AT THE HOUSE. The trucking company, JEL was fantastic. Their communication and professionalism was above and beyond my expectations, and as a customer, it was great. The car was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, December 10th to my office. I received a call on Sunday saying the car could be delivered that evening if it was not too much trouble for me. I stated that it would have to be delivered to a different drop off spot due to it being the weekend. I was told this would be no problem. I was contacted by the driver Matt and we set up a delivery spot that was convienant for both of us. We met at the designated location and the car was in perfect shape. I highly recomend this company and will use them again when I need another vehicle shipped.
