I needed to ship my car coast to coast (from LA to Boston, MA). I first performed a market search about 1,5 months prior to desired shipment date. I was contacted by many auto transport companies (actually they are all brokers). William immediately stand out from the crowd for two reasons: 1) He was very honest about the conditions and his assessment; 2) He took his time to explain to me in detail how the system works. William then explained to me that it was too early to be on the market and suggested to wait until 2 weeks prior to shipment date. He did not try to strike a deal prematurely for the sake of making money or hunting a new customer. That's when I realized his trustworthiness and genuineness. One month later (and 2 weeks before my desired date) I got in touch with him, and together we agreed on a realistic price to put our car on the market (the way the system works, brokers and carriers are always separate entities, and brokers put a car on the market with a suggested price, and then carriers negotiate or agree on that price). William immediately found a carrier, negotiated carriers asking price to our budget, and locked the deal with the carrier. The next day, my car was picked up, the following day the transport truck was already on its way to the East Coast, and my car was delivered safe and sound only in 5 days. The carrier also did its job properly without any glitches, or any damage to the car. William always followed up the process in the background to make sure everything went according to plans. He is a very professional, honest and trustworthy businessman and equally important, he acts as if he is your personal broker rather than running a generic auto transport company. The final cost was 15-20% less than the average quote I received from other companies. All in all it was a delight and extremely positive experience to work with William in a business sector that is notorious for shady attitudes and unreliable practices.
