Matt was very communicative, easy to reach and ask questions about the process. I was provided a direct number for the truck driver who was also professional and easy to reach and kept me updated. The trip extended from a Friday to Monday, but wasn't a problem for me and I was given plenty of notice that would be the case. My driver also accepted online payment via Zelle which made things easier. Overall a smooth process. I highly recommend Matt at Dependable Auto!
