The complaint against this company is that its work ethics seem to be poor. Failure to fulfill their obligations, to remember what has been emailed/said to them and not leaving in proper messages are just some of the few complaints against it. Another thing I would like to bring to your notice is inappropriate behavior and deceiving manner. Though, this company, maybe, is a loyal representative of Mercedes-Benz, such kind of behavior is unacceptable for the high standards Mercedes-Benz Company has set for its dealerships

This Carrier is upset that his fee was deducted for a late delivery per his contract with us. Our contract clearly reads for him that any day late will have a 75.00 deduction for every day late. He was 3 day late and is now mad that the deduction took place. Typical piece of trace transporter. We will give them the same review.
