Beware! First question asked was, "are your trucks broker or company trucks"? Hal stated they were all company trucks. That was a complete false hood. The car arrived quickly however when the driver for "Aloha Transport" backed it off he just threw the car in park and it made a loud bang.??? Then since the truck read Aloha Transport I asked, who do I write the check to? "No check! only cash!" I said I was going to call Dealers choice to straighten this out and then the driver said "ok I take check" I said again who do I write the check to and he replied "Barack Obama" What? For a guy with such broken English he sure had a smart mouth. This is why I only like to use company trucks instead of some ragged old broker truck, a company truck would have more accountability. I think Dealers Choice made a bad choice by using this broker truck. They should have been honest with me as well. On a good note the staff at Dealers choice were friendly and the car was delivered quickly. I have to give an honest rating even though what this driver did I am sure is seen as unacceptable to upper managment at Dealers Choice. The booker needs to be 100% honest as well and not fib to get the load. Sorry.

we have 3652 drivers leased onto us. Unfortunately we get some guys that are great on their interview and have great references. We do apologize for the poor attitude when the client asked the check name to be written to. As well the client also knew that we do not accept personal checks and that it was cash, money order or Certified funds at delivery only. Its in our contract stating this. Unfortunately our own US officials have bounced checks on us over the years. Hence we never accept personal checks. He was lucky that the driver actually took it. We usually accept a check and then hold the car for 14 days to make sure the funds are not returned. This is why we avoid taking personal check. We did say sorry and he was terminated as soon as his load was done. Thank you for being a client.
