I had absolutely NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER with the customer service at Dealer's Choice. However, the transport company contracted to deliver the vehicle was over three hours late (expected time 6:00AM) and didn't call me to say they were running late. I understand that things happen... traffic, delay at a previous stop, etc... but it would have been nice to not have to wait for three hours. Again, the company Dealer's Choice is one I would gladly use again, and Beth Feldman went above and beyond the call of duty in arranging our service.
