I faxed their quote request on 8/23 and heard nothing so called on 8/26 to inquire. Bambi told me the bike would be picked up two days hence. I scrambled to get the bike put outside by a neighbor for pickup but no one ever showed up. Neighbor put bike back in garage that evening and Motorcycle Moving promised to find another driver. No contact, no calls, no nothing.

On 9/1 I began to call every day. Fairly abrupt statements from Sharon and Bambi of "We are working on it." every day. They NEVER called me, I had to call them. Finally I sent a panic email advising that I was going to have to cancel a long-planned autumn ride through Colorado if the bike wasn't delivered in the next five days and I miraculously got a call from trickster Bambi saying they could get a driver to pick it up but he wanted more money than originally quoted. Price went up 15% to provide what was now a rush job when they had plenty of time originally. I had begun this process a full four weeks before I needed the bike in CO and now it was a rush!

Was told I would need to pay the delivery guy cash so I went to the bank and got the money. Pickup and delivery went fine and the driver was polite. Gave him his money and got a receipt. Happy to be through with this horrid company. Now I find that Motorcycle Moving charged my Visa (which was only supposed to be used to hold my spot) the full $875 to move the bike. Fortunately, I have Chase Visa's fraud department to help me now, but this situation was just terrible.

Avoid these scam artists at all costs. They lie, they cheat, they don't come through on promises and you will risk not having your bike/car delivered on time.
