I first contacted DeMoise because I had heard that they provide great customer service and they took pride in their work. It was important to me that they be owners of their own trucks and have a complete vested interest in the satisfaction of their customers. I received a quote via email about 10 minutes after sending out a request. Bill DeMoise answered my follow-up questions promptly and indicated they would have a truck in Southern California the weekend I was going there to buy a car. As it turns out, I wound up calling DeMoise a few days later on a Saturday morning and Bill had my car on a truck (driven by brother Don) that afternoon! IT was fantastic flexibility on their part.

Don met with me and loaded my car into the enclosed transport trailer. He was extremely personable and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. Furthermore, he gave me the feeling that I was the only customer in his universe - even though I know I wasn't. He took time to explain & show the loading & tie down process. It really put me at ease knowing that my new purchase was going to be safe with Don.

Don kept me updated throughout the cross-country trek. He delivered my car, door-to-door, a few days ahead of schedule at 8:00 am in the morning (when it was convenient for me). Not a scratch, drop, anything on my car upon delivery. EXACTLY the way it was when it was put on the truck.

The cost was a bit above average for DeMoise, but I was shipping a relatively expensive & rare car and I was willing to pay a premium for their service. I was not disappointed. You can tell that this family-owned business knows exactly what they are doing and are very customer focused. I would not hesitate using them in the future should the need arise. This was a VERY FAVORABLE experience.

I was NOT paid for this review, but I thought I had to let others know that DeMoise Trk-ing is truthful, trustworthy and THE choice when it comes to auto transport. Thanks guys!
